If you can give your employees these three things, then your productivity from your employees will increase. It is incredible how simple it is, and yet, so many managers can’t seem to do them.

Dr. Lenard Kelley, Ed. D. has his doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University located in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Kelley currently lives in Bristol, Connecticut, with his wife of 12 years and his three children. Dr. Kelley’s academic work focuses on motivation. Understanding the motivation of employees can greatly improve the relationship between the leader and his/her subordinates. Leaders who develop a healthy relationship with employees have a far more motivated and productive workforce. The purpose of this podcast is to help people in leadership roles connect with their employees at a deeper level driving up the organization’s productivity.
